Clinical Consultation Department is an important constituent part in the RRCDTC network.

The department welcomes patients that have been referred from medical facilities of oblast and the city and also patients that are willing to come for diagnosis ascertainment and confirmation. The specialists of the Diagnostic Center will give firsthand consultation.

Patients can also be referred from the Center’s subdivisions to the CCD for final diagnosis.

The most complex group of patients is people with undetermined diagnosis who have the shortest chain of examinations to overcome.

After the patient has been examined he is given a conclusion with the recommendations for the subsequent out-patient treatment or hospitalization.

The staff of the Department comprises the following specialists:

• gynecologist,
  
• dermatologist,
  
• pediatrician,
  
• gastroenterologist,
  
• endocrinologist,

  The Department also comprises a beauty parlor. 

Functional subdivisions of the Clinical Consultation Department

• Headache room

• Allergic immune room

• Specialized room for diagnostics and treatment of osteoarthropathy

 Mobile Diagnostics Unit

Mobile diagnostics unit is intended for specialized examination of population in the rayons of Rivne oblast.

The Department works on the basis of the Center and visits rayon hospitals to provide local specialists with informational, methodological and organizational assistance.

- Radiologist: radiometry on a Human Radiation Spectrometer.

-Ultrasonographer

- Endoscopist

- Therapist

- Otolaryngologist

- Pediatrician

- Evaluation of the results by disease profile

- Elaboration of health and sanitation activities for the population

- Selection of patients for after-examination in the Center and consultations at oblast and state level.

- Preventive examination, collaboration with insurance companies.
