Center’s receptionists check in patients (enter patients’ data into the computer data base) and give coupons according to the doctors’ schedules.

The coupon includes information about examination, date and time, place and all the necessary information about patients’ preparation to a certain examination.

Receptionists help people understand the principles of consultations in the Diagnostic Center.

Patients’ personal data is stored in the Center’s data base and is used when the patient comes here next time.

The Department is equipped with computer hardware and modem communication that gives a possibility for patients all over the oblast to check in immediately at their local medical facility and get important information.
