Ihor Shumlianskyi - Chief Doctor of Viktor Polishchuk RRCDTC, M. D, Assistant Professor, Head of Medical Diagnostics and Therapy Chair of Danylo Galytskyi Lviv National Medical University Postgraduate Education Department, Honored Doctor of Ukraine with higher qualification, author and co-author of over 100 scientific works, monographs and manuals.

Dr.Shumlyanskyi was awarded the Medal of Participant of Chornobil Disaster Consequences Elimination (1990) and the Diploma of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (2001). His name is enclosed into the „Golden Book of Ukrainian Elite” almanac (2001ð.), „Leaders of the 21st Century” almanac, “500 Influential Individuals” (2001) almanac series (2003), “Intellectual Elite Forum – 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006” almanac series, “Who is Who in Rivne” almanac, “Business Image of Ukraine” almanac, “Economic and Intellectual Potential of the State” almanac (2005), “Rivne Region. Mykola Pasichnyk - Deputy Chief Doctor for Medical Care, Main Spesialist for Diagnostics of the Health Care Administration of Rivne Oblast Administration, the Expert of the Accreditation committee of the Health Care Administration of Rivne Oblast Administration, Operating Surgeon of higher qualification category, Ultrasound Diagnostics Doctor of higher qualification category, Extracorporael Lithotripsy Doctor, Doctor for Organization of the Health Care Administration of higher qualification category, the member of Scientific Association of Doctors of Rivne Oblast, Dr. Pasichnyk was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (1998, 2003).

He is the author of more then 42 scientific works that are published in medical journals and digests, co-author and publisher of «Diagnostic Services in the Public Health Care System of the Region» collection of scientific papers, medical editor of the «Pediatric Medicine» manual.

Andrii Pavliuk - Deputy Chief Doctor for Equipment.

Graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute majoring in design and manufacturing of electronic communications equipment (Kyiv, 1988). After graduation he occupied the position of Engineer at the „Cîmmunist” Plant (Kyiv, 1990ð.), and was a Leading Expert at the “Uchpribor” Plant (Rivne, 1990-1994). Since 1994 he has been employed as the Engineer for Medical Equipment Maintenance.

Hobbbies: football, tourism, music.
